Customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. We cannot calculate import duties and VAT in advance.

Once the order has been processed, an email will be sent to the address indicated to confirm acceptance of the order.

As soon as your order is packaged and ready for shipment, we’ll send you a “Package Ready” email. Each shipment has tracking information. Enter the tracking code (usually 13 digits) into the carrier’s portal. You can track your package at any time during its journey to its destination.

Additional shipping insurance is available. You must email customer service with your order number and your request to insure the package. Alternatively, you can add a note to your order. Additional costs will be charged.
